YoshiSubmarine

Yoshi Submarine is a form of Yoshi that he can utilise to swim underwater. It debutted in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and can be accessed by touching a Morph Bubble containing it's picture.

The Yoshi Submarine can be used to traverse bodies of water - regular Yoshis can't traverse them because they're incapable of diving - and to fire homing torpedoes at enemies. Be careful though, as if Yoshi gets hit in this form, the player will temporarily lose control, making the chances of reaching the Yoshi Block before the transformation's time runs out; should the player run out of time, Yoshi will transport back to the Morph Block.

The Yoshi Submarine reappears in Yoshi's Island DS without being able to launch torpedoes.
