Yoshi's Wings, also referred as Wings, is a power-up which appears in Super Mario World and its remake Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2.
In Super Mario World[]
Yoshi's Wings is a power-up that Mario and Yoshi can obtain in only a few levels. In doing so, Yoshi becomes a Winged Yoshi, turns blue and flies up to Coin Heaven. After this, a Blue Yoshi becomes available for the next level. In the Game Boy Advance version, Yoshi's color does not change while he is wearing the wings.
In Super Mario World television series[]
In the Super Mario World animated series cartoon, Yoshi's Wings are called Magic Wings. They appear in the episodes "Ghosts 'R' Us", "Born to Ride" and "The Night Before Cave Christmas". Like in Super Mario World, they give Yoshi obtain wings and the ability to fly.
