Yoshi's Village

Yoshi's Village is a location that appears in Paper Mario Lavalava Island and is home to the Yoshis .
Layout [ ] Yoshi's Village, as stated above, is a small village with two areas. The first area is where the Village Leader resides along with a few other areas. The second area is much larger and is where the Item Shop (Yoshi's Cabana ) and Toad House can be found in.
History [ ] Yoshi's Village is accessed once Mario makes it through a small section of Lavalava Island. Yoshi's Village, naturally, is populated by the Yoshi's and a few Ravens in a tree in the second area. Kolorado also visits this island on his quest to make it to Mt. Lavalava for treasure. However, when Mario briefly leaves Yoshi's Village to follow Kolorado due east towards Mt. Lavalava, the both find the path inaccessible forcing them to head back to Yoshi's Village to plan out their next move. However, by this time, Yoshi's Village is in a state of panic due to the Yoshi Kids, a group named the Fearsome 5 , have gone missing in the dangerous Jade Jungle . Mario and his friends go on to find the Yoshi Kids while Kolorado stays behind in Yoshi's Village. Eventually, Mario (with the help of Sushie ) manages to find the Yoshi Kids bringing peace to Yoshi's Village and the Village Leader gives Mario the Jade Raven in order to seek the help of Raphael the Raven in order to get to Mt. Lavalava.
Trivia [ ] Yoshi's Village is one of few areas in the game that undergoes a temporary music change due to a certain event happening in the town (in this case, it's the Yoshi Kids gone missing). The others are Toad Town when it's invaded by Shy Guys during Chapter 4 and the other is Koopa Village when the Fuzzies are running amok in the village.
