World 7-4 is the thirty-sixth level of Super Mario 3D Land.
Layout[]
The beginning of World 7-4 is riddled with cogs and gears that Mario must traverse. Past these large cogs are three separate tunnels that Mario can take. The rightmost tunnel leads further into the level, whereas the other two go around in circles, backtracking to the large spinning platform. At the end of the right tunnel, Mario finds a teleportation block that leads Mario to the second half of the level and the level's Checkpoint. In this part of the level, Mario must traverse several spinning platforms of "L" shapes while numerous Bob-ombs fall from the sky. Past these platforms, Mario can reach the Flagpole by jumping onto a spinning platform and jumping from this platform onto the pole.

Star Medals[]
- Star Medal 1: The first Star Medal of the level is found floating above the first swinging platform, to the left of the three tunnels near the beginning of the level.
- Star Medal 2: The second Star Medal is found above the first one, at the end of the longest tunnel.
- Star Medal 3: The third Star Medal is obtained in the last leg of the level. It can be grabbed when the upper-right "L" shaped panel spins below it.
