World 7-3 is the third level of World 7 in Super Mario Bros. and its remakes Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario Bros. Deluxe. The player is given a time limit of 300 seconds.
Layout[]
This level features a similar layout to 2-3, except the player will not only encounter Cheep-Cheeps, but also Koopa Troopas. The player will again be crossing a bridge, where they must dodge the fish. There are several coins to collect and only one ? Block, which contains a power-up. Like before, the Cheep-Cheeps will stop appearing once the player reaches the end of the level.
Challenges in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe[]
In Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, there are five Red Coins and a hidden Yoshi Egg to collect. The player will also obtain a medal based on their score. The target score for this level is 28000.
Red Coins[]
- Red Coin #1 is located at the beginning, above the small set of stone stairs.
- Red Coin #2 is located high above the center of the third bridge, with a new Hidden Block directly underneath.
- Red Coins 3 and #4 are located between the floating platforms. The third coin is above the first platform, while the fourth is found low between the second and third platforms.
- Red Coin #5 is located near the end, above the final grass platform.
Yoshi Egg[]
- The Yoshi Egg is found directly above the second support column of the first bridge, inside a Hidden Block.
