World 4-3 is the third level of World 4 in Super Mario Bros. and its remakes Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.
Layout
This level is set on tall Magic Mushrooms, some of which have coins and/or Koopa Troopas, and are separated by scale lifts or Koopa Paratroopas. Above the third tallest mushroom is a ? Block, which holds a power-up. Two vertically moving lifts follow after the first scale lift. Following these two lifts are a group of three scales located before a final lift that can used to bounce up to the top of the flagpole.
Challenges in Super Mario Bros. Deluxe
In Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, there are five Red Coins and a hidden Yoshi Egg to collect. The player will also obtain a medal based on their score. The target score for this level is 24000.
Red Coin locations
- Red Coin #1 is located underneath the tallest mushroom.
- Red Coin #2 is located underneath the first scale platform.
- Red Coin #3 is located on the bottom mushroom after the second vertically moving lift.
- Red Coin #4 is located underneath the final scale.
- Red Coin #5 is located high above the second to last mushroom.
Yoshi Egg location
- The Yoshi Egg is found inside a Hidden Block to the left of the second to last mushroom that sits above the cloud.
