World 3 is the third world of Yoshi's Woolly World. It is mostly a cloud-themed world. It contains nine levels: eight are compulsory, but there is one special, optional level (called Woollet Bill's Last Ride) that can be unlocked by collecting all 40 other Smiley Flowers from the previous levels of World 3. Completing this world unlocks World 4.
