World 1-3 is a level that appears in Super Mario Land. It is the third and final level of World 1, the Birabuto Kingdom.
Overview[]
World 1-3 has a very distinct Egyptian-theme to it containing many hieroglyphics on the walls. This area also has narrow walkways with Warp Pipes containing Piranha Plants in them. There are also Gaos here that attack by spitting fireballs at Mario. Near the end of the level, Mario will fight his first boss of the game, King Totomesu. After defeating King Totomesu, Mario will proceed to find a Fly disguised as Princess Daisy and moves on to the next world, the Muda Kingdom.
