World 1-1 is a level that appears in Super Mario Land. It is the first level of World 1, Birabuto Kingdom. This is where Mario begins his journey to rescue Princess Daisy.

World 1-1 is a desert level with Mario beginning near a Warp Pipe and a Question Block. There is also a block containing a Super Mushroom that Mario can grab. There is another Warp Pipe in this level that takes Mario to an area with many coins in it. The main enemies of this level include Goombos, Flies, and Bombshell Koopas.
