Wind-Up Tower is the tower of Layer-Cake Desert in New Super Luigi U.

This level is mainly gears that you spin to go up the tower.

Star Coins[]

Star Coin 1: After winding the first spinning switch a lot, climb up to the Star Coin before the block above it comes to it.
Star Coin 2: After winding the second spinning switch a lot, climb to the third lowest conveyor and get the Star Coin on the right of the block before it hides in the wall.
Star Coin 3: After winding the third spinning switch a lot, climb up to the second highest layer to the left where the final coin is before the coin hides in the block.

Hidden Luigi image[]

To the left on the last crushing blocks group in the fourth lowest layer shows a picture of Super Luigi from Super Mario Bros. You just see it before the crushing blocks hide it.
