The Wiggler Capsule is a collectible capsule that appears in Mario Party 5. The character has the option to either use the capsule on themself for a twenty coin fee, or throw it on the board, where other characters have a chance to receive the capsules effects. When a character uses this capsule, a flower will bloom under the character with Wiggler on top of it. Wiggler will ask the character if they would like him
to take them to the star. Wiggler will then transform into Flutter, and fly the character to the Star Space. However, the character must pay twenty coins if they want to receive the star, as Flutter only flies the character to the star.
