Whirluigi

Whirluigi is the Offensive Power Shot used by Waluigi in both Mario Power Tennis and Mario Tennis: Power Tour.

Description[]

Waluigi performs his signature Γ shape, then spins around very fast to create a cyclone around him, and then hits the ball with the cyclone. As a result, the ball greatly curves over the net, knocks the opponent back a few feet, and causes them to spin around very fast, temporarily hindering their movement.

Etymology[]

The name is a pun on "whirl," an action perform within the move, and Waluigi, who performs the move.
