Water Element Medal

The Water Element Medal is an item in Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS version.

Description[]

The Water Element Medal is one of the three Element Medals, the other two being the Fire Element Medal and the Ice Element Medal. The Water Element Medal allows the Poltergust 3000 to vacuum in a Water Elemental Ghost, giving it a limited supply of water, which can either water plants (most revealing treasure the first time around), extinguish fire blocking a doorway, defeat a Spark without it exploding, and expose a Temper Terror's heart, as it is protected by the element of fire.

In Luigi's Mansion[]

The Water Element Medal is the second Element Medal obtained by Luigi. It is contained within a large treasure chest in the Kitchen, where it is revealed after vacuuming up every ghost. Like with the other two Element Medals, the effects of the Water Element Medal are not shown in a mirror.
