Water Barrel

Water Barrels are a type of barrel featured in Super Mario Sunshine.

Description[]

Water Barrels contain water, and Mario can pick up a Water Barrel then throw it, causing water to splash around everywhere. A Water Barrel can optionally be used to clean large piles of Goop, as it covers a wider area than any of FLUDD's nozzles. If Mario ground-pounds a Water Barrel, FLUDD's water supply is replenished.

In Super Mario Sunshine[]

In Sirena Beach's sixth episode, Scrubbing Sirena Beach, Mario can optionally use Water Barrels to more quickly clear the electric goop, therefore helping him in the timed challenge.

In Pianta Village's fourth episode, Chain Chomp's Bath, Mario can use a single Water Barrel to instantly cool down the Chain Chomp.
