Wario Stadium is the first track of the Special Cup in Mario Kart DS. It is not to be confused with the same-named track in Mario Kart 64. Peach Gardens comes after this course.
The only mission taking place in this area is 7-5. Here, Wario is the playable character, and he has to collect twenty coins.
Summary[]
Wario Stadium features its own introduction music and the crowd cheers whenever as racers go over Boost Pads and fly into the sky. There are many jumps, like in Waluigi Stadium. There are many Podoboo Cogs and Dash Panels throughout the stage as well. There is a curvy path with two "Y"-shaped Podoboo Cogs. There is also more mud to slow racers down throughout the track. Mushrooms can be used while in the mud to increase speed and easily get out of the mud.
The course's staff ghost uses Wario in the Brute.
Mario Kart 8[]
This track reappears in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe as one of the retro tracks. It is the first track to be raced on in the Leaf Cup. The course now takes place during the daytime. The section during the track that has you dodging Podoboo Cogs on the ground is now an anti gravity section, and the final stretch of the course is now underwater.
Trivia[]
