Mario Kart

Wario Stadium is the first course of the Star Cup in Mario Kart 64. It is one of the biggest courses of that game, second only to Rainbow Road.

It features a jump that dictates that it be done properly, or the player be put back about a quarter of the way back, which usually means the difference between first place and trailing behind all other competitors.

Mario Kart 64[]

In Mario Kart 64, Wario Stadium in the first track of the Star Cup. It's the second longest track in the game, featuring several 90 degrees turns and a long jump similar to Royal Raceway and DK's Jungle Parkway. The track shares the same song with Luigi Raceway, Mario Raceway and Royal Raceway.

Mario Kart World[]

Wario Stadium returns for the first time as a classic course in Mario Kart World nearly 30 years later. The course is the third track of the Flower Cup and has been shortened and simplified to make it easier. The entire middle third of the couse has been removed. The big jump is now on an elevated bridge and has dash panels to make racers cross more easily. The song playing during the track has been remade and now features electric guitars, along with receiving with a remix using the same melody for the route leading to the track.

Kamek transforms the player into one of Goomba, Nabbit, Pianta or Coin Coffer on this track.

Trivia[]

  • This is the last course from Mario Kart 64 to be remade in a later Mario Kart game.
  • Wario Stadium is the second-largest course in the Mario Kart series, with Rainbow Road in first place.
