Wario Deluxe is a character who appears in WarioWare Gold. He is a transformation of Wario featured only in the final stage and in Wario Interrupts.

Profile

Physical description

Wario Deluxe has a similar appearance to Wario, but his outfit is a golden tuxedo. His eyes are red, not from him being sleep-deprived, but due to his insanity.

Personality traits

The Wario Deluxe is portrayed as much worse than the original Wario was. He derides the player and is very tyrannical, trying to get money. Upon his defeat, though, the Wario Deluxe reverts back to the standard Wario.

Powers and abilities

The Wario Deluxe has many game-breaking powers, which include scrambling your control warnings and blinding you with variable props in order to hinder your progress. The control warning disabling power is the only power that is used during his boss fight in the campaign. He uses the rest in the stage Wario Interrupts, however.

Biography

The Wario Deluxe was created when Wario placed the Pot of Luxeville on his head, as though it were a crown. This caused him to mutate and gain odd powers. Moments after he was created, he rode up in a golden tuxedo. His plot to gain money is foiled when Lulu encounters him and pops his balloons. She tries to take back his pot and succeeds as the player goes through the microgames he is playing (since Wario Deluxe can no longer scramble the controls).
