Wario Colosseum is the first course in Special Cup of Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. Just like Waluigi Stadium, this course is like an obstacle course, and both use the same theme. The Staff Ghost uses Wario and Waluigi, in the Wario Car.

The background shows that the race takes place in a colosseum, during nighttime, contrary to Waluigi Stadium taking place during the evening, when the sun is setting.
Wario Colosseum is the longest course in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, and it features two laps instead of three. When going off ramps, most of them have a ring of fireballs. If the player accidentally hits them and doesn't go through them, the character will spin out and most likely fall. These rings of fireballs also appear in Waluigi Stadium. This course's roads are very high up and are not touching the ground at all. It is the longest track in the game.
