Wario Castle is a large castle serving as Wario's home in a few of his appearances. The location first appears in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins, as a conversion of Mario's Castle, although its first appearance in the Wario franchise is Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, being the second-best type of home that Wario can receive during the ending. This is the established ending, as the Wario Castle went on to reappear in Wario Land II, where the Black Sugar Gang, led by Captain Syrup, went to steal Wario's treasure and flood his castle.
