The Vital Paper is a key item that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

History

The Vital Paper can be found in Room 001 of the Excess Express during the Day 2 mystery. Mario finds this paper in Zip Toad's room and he must give it to the Businessman. The Businessman explains it came from his stolen Briefcase where the Nitro Honey Syrup recipe is in.
