Urchin Shoals, or Sparkling Waters-4, is the fourth level of Sparkling Waters in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is unlocked via completion of Haunted Shipwreck, and its own completion unlocks Dragoneel's Undersea Grotto. It is the location of the third Nabbit chase.
Layout
Like Waterspout Beach and Above the Cheep Cheep Sea, this level contains many Waterspouts. The level begins with a Waterspout with a Mega Urchin on it. A Goomba is found, along with another Mega Urchin on a Waterspout, found under a ? Block containing a power-up. A group of five Waterspouts follows, some of which have Urchins on them. - Star Coin 3: Below an orange bridge is a series of Urchins and Waterspouts that creates a path to the Warp Pipe that leads to the area with the third Star Coin.
