The United States of America, commonly referred to as either United States or America and often abbreviated USA, is a real world country located on Earth, specifically the continent of North America, and its two neighboring countries are Canada and Mexico, located north and south respectively.
America has made appearances in some Mario-related media, including the cartoons and some Club Nintendo magazines. There are also two edutainment games in which America is featured, Mario is Missing! and Mario's Time Machine, both of which teach world history and geography, including of America. Brooklyn, New York City, was one of the main locations, as one of Mario, and Luigi's home towns in most Mario games, as well as The Super Mario Bros. Movie
