Physical description[]
Turkeyjerks are birds with either a brown or a green body, the former of which is depicted in its artwork. A Turkeyjerk has a white zigzag stripe on its chest, and its feathers are mostly white as well.
Behavior[]
A Turkeyjerk swoops at Wario if he is nearby. A difference between the two color variations is that brown Turkeyjerks have a pattern of flying back and forth whereas the green ones only hover in one position. Both Turkeyjerk varieties can also carry a rock to drop onto Wario if he approaches nearby.
In Wario Land: Shake It![]
Turkeyjerks have a threat rating of three stars, and they are first encountered in Disturbing Tomb. Wario can shake a Turkeyjerk, causing it to lose all of its feathers and run forward. While doing this, a Turkeyjerk destroys any stone block in its path, allowing Wario to access tunnels that may have been blocked off.
