The background of Town Game Room A shows pink and yellow electronic slot machines in front of a dark checkered wall with neon stars above them. Monty Mole frequently drops by here to gamble.

In Shroom City mode, the quest Winners Keepers takes place in Town Game Room A, where the player has to win the gambling minigame Scratch 'Em on Monty Mole's behalf, by ending with at least one more coin than what they began with. Once this is done, the player the minigame itself is unlocked as a reward.
