Towering Sunshine Seaside is the ninth level of World Flower in Super Mario 3D World.
Features[]
Towering Sunshine Seaside is an alternate version of Sunshine Seaside, taking place during a sunset and includes only the beach and the Goal Pole. The main objective is to defeat all Goomba Towers and Fire Bros. to spawn the Warp Box leading to the Goal Pole. The level has a 100 second time limit and provides blue clock items that each add 10 seconds to the timer.
Green Stars[]
- Green Star 1: Inside one of the Question Blocks is a Fire Flower. Use the Fire Flower to light all four torches on the far left of the level. Upon completing this task, the first Green Star will appear.
- Green Star 2: To the left of the level, there is a Clear Pipe leading to an invisible cloud platform with the second Green Star.
- Green Star 3: On the far right of the level, the third Green Star is sitting atop a small Goomba Tower. Defeat the Goomba Tower and collect the Star.
Trivia[]
- The alcove where Captain Toad was being chased by Biddybuds in Sunshine Seaside is present in Towering Sunshine Seaside and can only be accessed by Spin Jumping off of the Question Block closest to its wall, climbing up the wall in cat form and falling in through the roof. Once inside, the player cannot get out, and can only see inside it when he/she stands in its center. The only way to escape is to quit the level or let the timer run out.
