Totsumen (トツメン, meaning "clash face") are an enemy in Wario Land 4.

They are red creatures that wear blue masks with knives protruding out from the top.
Behavior[]
Whenever a Totsumen spots Wario, it points its knife at him and charges in his direction at full speed. If Wario gets stabbed by its knife, he takes damage.
