Tornado Twist is the Offensive Power Shot used by Fly Guy in Mario Power Tennis.

Description[]

Upon using the move, Fly Guy turns upside down and spins his propeller to create a tornado, puts it onto the ball, and hits it at the receiver, causing them to briefly spin within the tornado.
