Toriuo are a hybrid of a bird and a fish and therefore have the bodily features of both.
Behavior[]
Like certain Cheep Cheeps, Toriuo jump out of the water to try and attack Mario. Upon hopping out, a Birdfish glides in the air for a short period of time.

Toriuo only appear in the Hippo level. Mario can defeat a Toriuo by either stomping it or by throwing a fireball at it.
