Tobī are enemies which appear in Wario Land II.
Profile[]
Physical description[]
Tobī are aquatic creatures with gazing eyeballs, an open mouth, and incisors that are very large in proportion to their body. In the Game Boy Color version, Tobī have a brown body, and the palette also gives them light yellow eyes and teeth.
Behavior[]
Tobī jump out of the water, similar to Cheep Cheeps, except they only bounce Wario slightly back rather than damage him. This behavior was later given to the Tadpole enemy in Wario Land 3, with the added effect of causing Wario to roll back until he hits a wall.
In Wario Land II[]
Wario first encounters Tobī in the story Turn off the giant faucet!, where they appear after his castle had been flooded by the Black Sugar Gang.
