Toadia is a female Toad who lives in Poshley Heights. She is a huge fan of Luigi.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[]

Toadia can be found standing near the fountain in Poshley Heights talking about Luigi. Toadia has a trouble that involves meeting up with Luigi in person. Mario can do this by getting the L Emblem and wear it and talk to Toadia. Toadia will become excited to see Luigi but when she sees another Luigi (the real Luigi), she think he is an impostor and yells him to leave. Toadia will then give "Luigi" (Mario) a Choco Cake.

Toadia is the second character in the Paper Mario series who is a big fan of Luigi, the first being Koopa Koot from Paper Mario.
