The Tiny Titan (known as the Rally Romper in PAL regions) is a small unlockable kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii.
Description[]
It is based on the Monster from Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally, and it has a bike counterpart called the Magikruiser. This is further shown in its Japanese name, which is a direct reference to the game.

The Tiny Titan can be unlocked by unlocking an expert staff ghost in Time Trials, by winning 50 WFC races online (now impossible) or playing 1,200 races.
The Tiny Titan's strongest stat is Off-Road, whilst all other stats are either balanced, above or below average.
The expert Staff Ghost (Nin*solami) for Desert Hills uses a Dry Bones driving a Tiny Titan.
