A Time Bob-omb is a type of Bob-omb species, which first appear in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Its gimmick is that the player has to defeat a boss within 8 turns (the turns vary in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, 9 for Roy, 7 for Wendy, and 5 for Larry). If the Time Bob-omb reaches zero, it with explode on Mario and Luigi, causing an instant Game Over. Only Roy, Wendy, and Larry use them.
Trivia
