Physical description[]
Tiki Buzzes are wooden tikis in the shape of a bongo drum. Their bodily features include carved black eyeballs, a yellow beak, red wings, brown tail feathers, and three beaded strings attached to the bottom. Tiki Buzzes are nearly the size of Diddy Kong.
Behavior[]
Tiki Buzzes fly in various patterns, either from side to side vertically or horizontally.
In Donkey Kong Country Returns / Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D[]
Tiki Buzzes commonly appear within the Mine Cart levels, such as Crazy Cart, where the Kongs must often land their Mine Cart on them to reach higher rails. Tiki Buzzes are harmful if touched from the sides or the bottom, but they can be defeated with any attack. Even outside of Mine Cart levels, the Kongs can jump onto Tiki Buzzes to reach higher locations and cross wide gaps.
In WarioWare: Get It Together![]
Tiki Buzzes appear in the Donkey Kong Country Returns microgame, in which they are one of the enemies that have to be defeated. Certain characters can defeat a Tiki Buzz by jumping onto it.

This member of the Tiki Tak Tribe appears in Donkey Kong Country Returns. It'd be really tempting to see what kind of sound that drum-shaped head of his would make. In Smash Run, they do a dive-bomb attack if a fighter passes below. You can bounce off their heads to boost your own jump!- A drum-shaped, bird-like creature from the Tiki Tak Tribe. In Smash Run, they float around in the air, and if they end up above you, they'll suddenly drop down, right on your head. Jump on them instead, though, and you can bounce off and go flying through the air. So think twice before you tell these guys to buzz off!
