Thwomp Orb

The Thwomp Orb is an orb in the Mario Party series. It first appears in Mario Party 6 and returns in Mario Party 7.

Description[]

The Thwomp Orb is a roadblock orb which can be applied to a space. If a character walks on a Thwomp Space, a Thwomp drops out of nowhere and lands on them, ending their turn prematurely. If a character is under the effect of the Metal Mushroom Orb, the Thwomp tries to crush them, only to be deflected and therefore negating the effects of the Thwomp Orb.

In Mario Party 6, the Thwomp Orb can be obtained on Towering Treetop, Faire Square, and Clockwork Castle. It costs ten coins at the Orb Shop, but during a flash sale, it costs only five coins instead.

Mario Party 7[]

In Mario Party 7, it can be obtained on Pyramid Park, Neon Heights, and Windmillville.
