The Thwomp House is a cube-shaped building with a stone exterior and cracked blue walls on the interior. It is where the Thwomp character lives.

Thwomp House is located in the Town Area of Shroom City. When the player's character visits the Thwomp House, they find Thwomp, who is panicking about having been robbed while he left the house. The player's character can agree to help Thwomp to begin the Weeping Thwomp quest.
Shortly after the quest starts, Shroomlock enters the Thwomp House. After he is explained the situation by Thwomp, Shroomlock asks the player's character to investigate the house for any clues. During this, the game switches to a top-down view of the Thwomp House, where various objects can be selected using a cursor. The objects include a garbage can, a punching bag, a sandbag, a stack of books, and a front door.
Ultimately, the front door is what exposes Thwomp as the true culprit, as the front door is smaller than Thwomp, who is therefore too big to leave the Thwomp House. Thwomp admits to lying just so that someone could become his friend. After deciding to befriend Thwomp, Shroomlock leaves, and Thwomp gives the player the Eye Exam Gaddget as a reward.
In the ending, it is revealed that Thwomp has befriended Whomp, who is able to fit through the door.
