Mallow's Thunderbolt. A known Thunder move.
Thunder is a reoccurring element in the Mario RPG games. It is first shown in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Thunder can be used by certain characters and enemies and it will tend to paralyze Mario and others on contact.

In this game, Mallow is the only character in Mario's party to use Thunder-based moves. Other enemies in the game could also use Thunder-based moves which are mostly unblockable.

In Paper Mario, only Watt is the sole user of Thunder moves in this game. Although, Mario can use a Volt Shroom on himself or wear the Zap Tap badge to make himself electrcified.
