Take Me Ohm is a 4-Player minigame in Mario Party 7.
Layout[]
The minigame takes place on an airborne platform, which is surrounded by five Thwomps that hover over electricity-conducting switches in a star-shape format.
Opening[]
A blimp takes the four characters toward an airborne platform. One of the Thwomps slams onto a switch, producing an electric spark that stretches the length of the platform and runs from one end to another. The four characters are then dropped onto the platform.
Gameplay[]
The characters have to jump over the electric sparks produced by Thwomps. If a character touches an electric spark, they are eliminated from the minigame. Characters can stomp onto their opponents to stun them temporarily, putting the opponent at greater risk of touching an electric spark. As the minigame progresses, more electric sparks are produced, often at once. Whoever is the last character remaining is the winner. Alternatively, if the thirty-second time limit runs out, any characters still remaining are ranked the winners. If all remaining characters are eliminated simultaneously, the minigame ends in a tie.
Take Me Ohm is one of the minigames in Decathlon Castle, in which the object is to survive as long as possible to earn as many points, which can go up to 1,000. Whoever survives for sixty seconds gets the maximum number of points.
Ending[]
The camera zooms closer into the platform as all remaining characters do their winning animations.
