Some unused sprites of Luigi jumping. Since he has a flutter jump in this game, like in Super Mario Bros. 2, these sprites go unused. However, the big Luigi sprite is briefly used in the 96 Exits cutscene when Luigi is kicking Koopa Masks. Interestingly, these sprites seem to be based on the original version (where Luigi was a palette swap of Mario) instead of Luigi's more unique graphics from Super Mario All-Star + Super Mario World.
A version stamp, which can be found in the files for the title screen. It was probably a leftover from WIP builds of the game as the "ver." (abbreviation of "Version") didn't exist without an online connection.
An exit sign, which can be found in the files for the map screen. It has a similar appearance to the sign seen at the end of a Ghost House.
Two blocks of text. The first is just gibberish, while the second translates to "Block Size Transfer".

Here I go, Super Mario!
This sample (possibly an earlier sample for the Game Select screen when choosing Super Mario World) doesn't seem to be used. It was possibly replace with Mario saying "Here we go!", along with both Mario and Luigi saying "Super Mario" in the final game.

Unused Level Intro
One of three unused level intros from the SNES version, called Rope 2. It's basically the same as the original except for the "No Yoshi" sign is much lower.
TEST
The same placeholder level as in the original game. However, the background is glitched out.
Intro Stage
This is the intro scene here Mario, Luigi, and Peach arrive in from the Hot Air Balloon. However, the said intro stops before the green pipe is seen. The level can be accessed via glitches.

Level 00 (Endless Bonus Game)
As it implies, it's a Bonus Game that goes on forever until the timer runs out or the player quits the level. This can be accessed via glitches
