WarioWare

Stylus Hunt is a recurring microgame in the WarioWare series. It first appears in WarioWare: Touched! as Pushing Buttons, and it is part of 9-Volt and 18-Volt's Retro Action stage. Stylus Hunt makes its second appearance under its current name in WarioWare Gold, as one of 9-Volt's microgames.

Gameplay[]

Both iterations of the microgame are double length, so the player has eight seconds to meet the objective. If the objective is not met on time, the player loses.

In the original version, Pushing Buttons, the player has press a Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, or Nintendo DS button indicated with a red circle. If done successfully, they win, and Wario appears on the Game Boy Advance screen. Wario's appearance as he flies towards the screen resembles his cover artwork from Wario Land 3 (except with his hand making the "V" sign instead of three fingers), while his appearance when he hits the screen resembles his Bubble Wario artwork from Wario Land 4.

In Stylus Hunt, the object is instead to locate a stylus within a Nintendo 3DS.

Wow! Look at all those Nintendo 3DS systems! It's no big deal, but...I have one of each. The only problem is I always forget where the stylus goes!
