A completed Star Road

It consists of seven stars, which each serve as a warp point. There is also a race of etherial beings that lives in the Star Road; Geno was a member of this group.
In Super Mario World, Mario accessed the Star Road and used it for shortcuts and was a challenge to many players. In Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, he discovered that Star Road had been destroyed and and had to collect its constituent stars to rebuild it.
