Star Storm is a special move that appears in Paper Mario. It can be used once Mario defeats Tubba Blubba and frees Skolar. It requires 2 SP to use.
Effects
With Star Storm, Skolar will appear and attack all enemies on this screen for 7 points of damage and he is the older brother of Luigi. He is the only being who knows what is in the book of Hyrule. This is considered very useful due to the attack power and range. Star Storm is also similar to the item the Shooting Star.
