Squid Fit

Squid Fit, also known as Squid Diet, is an object in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story and its Nintendo 3DS remake Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey.

Description[]

The Squid Fit is a regular wooden raft that Bowser can use to cross the water and reach other land masses. To use a Squid Fit, Bowser has to climb onto it and punch the wall next to him so that the Squid Fit can take him straightforward into the opposite direction. Sometimes, the Squid Fit is next to two walls, and Bowser can punch either one, depending on the desired path.

In Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story[]

Squid Fits are found in four locations: Plack Beach, Bumpsy Plains, Blubble Lake, and Toad Town.

Mario and Luigi cannot use the Squid Fit because they lack the ability to punch. In Toad Town, a Toad even mentions that Mario and Luigi do not have to use it because they are fit enough.
