Spotlight Swim is a 1 vs. 3 mini-game that appears in Mario Party 3.

Gameplay[]

Single Player[]

The single player must try and avoid getting spotted by the other three players. The single player will only get caught if the three players all shine their spotlights on the single player. This means the single player should only dive when the third spotlight is about to be shined on them. The single player can manage to avoid the spotlights in time wins.

Three Players[]

The three players must try and shine their spotlights on the single player. If the single player dives, the three players could still make out where the single player is going by looking at the air bubbles that appear. After that, the single player will appear and gasp for air for a few seconds allowing the three players to shine their spotlights at them. If they manage to catch the single player before time runs out, they win.
