Spinning Shell Dash

Not to be confused with Water Shell Dash, the Defensive Power Shot of Koopa Troopa.

Spinning Shell Dash is the Defensive Power Shot used by Bowser in both Mario Power Tennis and Mario Tennis: Power Tour.

Description[]

Using the move involves Bowser getting inside his shell, spinning over to the ball and hitting it, similar to Koopa's Water Shell Dash. Bowser can only activate the move if the ball is at ground level.

Trivia[]

The act of Bowser whirling around in his shell is much like what he does with his Whirling Fortress attack in the Super Smash Bros. series.
