Spikies are an enemy in Wario Land 4.

Physical description[]
Spikies have the appearance of a yellow head with red feet and a pink spiked shell, giving it the appearance of a Spiny. Spikies also have a stronger variant named Harimen Zetto, which has a black shell.
Behavior[]
A Spiky moves back and forth, and it makes use of its shell to damage Wario on contact.
In Wario Land 4[]
Because of a Spiky's shell, Wario cannot grab them nor can he instantly defeat one using a Smash Attack or a ram attack. A Spiky's vulnerable spot is its underside, which is not protected for a shell. Wario can perform a Smash Attack near a Spiky to briefly flip it over and stun it temporarily. Alternatively, a Spiky can be flipped over by jumping into their underside from below or by pushing them against a wall.
Spikies can be defeated in a few ways. One of the ways involves Wario performing a Smash Attack onto its underside. Another way involves throwing an enemy at the Spiky. Like most other enemies, Spikies can also be defeated if Wario touches them while under the effects of a certain transformation, such as Zombie Wario or Fat Wario.
