For the mission, Wet-Dry World retains its usual layout, aside from having five Silver Stars and a platform with a Star Sphere, where the mission's associated Power Star appears in once every Silver Star has been collected. All of the Silver Star appear in the main area of Wet-Dry World, and their specific locations are:
Behind the long ramp. The area needs to be at least partially filled with water in order for this Silver Star to become reachable.
In a Brick next to the starting area. The water level has to be entirely drained so that the Brick can be broken.
On the large stone platform near the starting area. Reaching it requires Ground Pounding the ! Switch on the bridge.
On one of the platforms next to the Arrow Lifts. The area needs to be at least partially filled with water for this Silver Star to become reachable.
Above the central black, circular platform positioned high into the sky. This Silver Star can be reached using either the cannon or Mario's Power Flower ability.
Objective[]
Like any other Silver Star mission, the object of Soaked Silver Stars is to collect all five Silver Stars so that the Power Star can appear in the Star Sphere and therefore be obtained by the player's character. For this mission in particular, obtaining the Silver Stars requires the use of the different Crystal Taps to raise and lower the water levels accordingly. The Power Star in the Star Sphere can only be reached once the water level is at its highest.
