Slugger is an enemy from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They are yellow bandits that hold baseball bats and are a part of the Baseball Boys. If Yoshi throws an egg at them they will hit it back with their bats. they will also swing their bats if Yoshi comes too close to them. They cannot be eaten, but can be defeated by them by jumping on them 3 times or ground pounding them.
