The sled-mounted shooter is a vehicle in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.
Description[]
It is a one-man sled featuring an adjustable turret at the front, from which small bombs can be thrown. There is a meter on the side of the turret that shows how much the sled-mounted shooter has heated up.
In Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon[]
The sled-mounted shooter is used by Luigi only once, in Secret Mine's mission Chilly Ride, in which Luigi rides it down the Frozen Pit to throw bombs at the icy armor surrounding the Shrewd Possessor. To use the sled-mounted shooter, the player must aim the cursor with the gyroscope or with 
and fire bombs by pressing 
. Each time Luigi fires a bomb or takes damage from the Shrewd Possessor, the sled-mounted shooter heats up, as shown on the meter. If the shooter overheats, the player receives a Game Over.
In the ending credits, there is a graphic showing Professor E. Gadd and two Greenies happily riding the sled-mounted shooter.
