Sir Swoop

Sir Swoop is a character that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is a Swooper that competes at the Glitz Pit in Glitzville.

History[]

Sir Swoop is first seen coming into the Minor League room just after KP Pete has gone missing. Jolene was teaching Sir Swoop the basics and Grubba tells him to go and battle the Goomba Bros. Later, Sir Swoop becomes the leader of his own team, the Wings of Night that can be fought should Mario somehow drop in the rankings. After Chapter 3 has been completed, KP Pete decides to return to the Glitz Pit and Sir Swoop and his team are never seen again.

However, in the remake, Mario can now challenge Sir Swoop and his team, The Wings of Night, anytime by requesting for their fight under Exhibition Match. This is the only way to interact with Sir Swoop as he is still never seen in the minor league rooms despite being in the rank.
