Shy Guy
Shy Guys are masked enemies seen in many Mario Series games, beginning with Super Mario Bros. 2 American, but not reappearing until Yoshi's Island. They also have relatives named Snifits
Appearances
Super Mario Bros 2.
Shy Guys first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 2 as Wart's henchmen. They were the first enemies to be encountered. There were also several sub-species of Shy Guys introduced, the Snifit and the Beezo. There were two sizes of Shy Guys as well: big and small. Throwing a large Shy Guy (and hitting no enemies or more than one) will cause a heart to appear. Small ones sometimes rode on Autobombs and Ostros.
Yoshi's Island
In Yoshi's Island Shy Guys served Kamek. Several new variations appeared including Fly Guys, Spear Guys, and Boo Guys.
Mario Kart DS
In Mario Kart DS shy guy is a player if you go to ds download. The person that doesnt have the game is shy guy.
New Super Mario Bros.
In New Super Mario Bros. shy guy is rare. He only appears in one minigame.
Mario party 7
In Mario Party 7 Shy guys are found at Neon Heights.
Mario Super Star Baseball
Shy guys are a playable character. In challange mode if you choose yoshies team youll get a team of shy guys.
Mario Tennis
This is for the Nintendo 64 system.Shy Guy is a playable character once you beat the final cup- Star Cup.Shy Guy is wearing the normal red outfit it usually wears and has a red racket with a picture of the Shy Guy's mask on it.He is an extra playable character.His special ability is "Tricky".
Mario Strikers Charged
This is for the Nintendo Wii system. Shy Guy is a playable sidekick. He brings a blanced approach to game, with average skills in all areas. If he gets the space he can hitch-a-ride on a bullet bill and create a great scoring chance.
Link's Awakening
In Link's Awakening, Shy Guy appears as an enemy along with Wart which is ironic considering Link's Awakening is set in Link's subconcius and both characters first appeared in Subcon, the land of Mario's subconcius.
Mario Super Sluggers
He is on Yoshis team. you can play all five colors (red, blue, yellow, green, and black) on the same team.
